UltaMid 2 – Ultralight Pyramid Tent

Took this on a windy ridge trip and it barely moved all night. The pyramid shape sheds wind way better than my old dome, and there's enough room inside for two pads plus our packs. Four-season shelter that actually holds up without weighing me down.

Set it up in a light drizzle and the single-pole pitch had me dry inside before my partner finished sorting the stakes. The interior feels genuinely spacious for two, and the peak height lets you sit up without that hunched-over feeling you get in most ultralight shelters.

Took this out for a snowy weekend and the four-season build held up perfectly against gusts I didn’t expect. The pyramid shape gives so much headroom for two people, and the ultralight weight made the trek in feel almost unfair.
