One of our two quilt offerings, the 40-Degree Quilt is the perfect ultralight backpacking quilt for three-season temperature ranges, providing even, top-to-bottom warmth. A 7d micro ripstop shell is durable and soft to the touch, and a sewn, closed footbox helps to prevent drafts. Low-profile center push clips and a neck drawcord work together to lock in warmth. Pair with an 8L Side Entry Pod for maximum, space-saving packability.

Key Features:
  • High-performance, responsibly-sourced 1000 fill power down with DWR treatment for moisture protection.
  • Three-dimensional baffles (vertical on upper body, horizontal at the footbox) keep maximum loft and mitigate down migration.
  • Includes two separate pad attachment straps to secure the quilt to a sleeping pad, preventing drafts during active sleep.

Kevin ★★★★★

The 7d micro ripstop shell feels featherlight yet tough enough for brushy campsites, and the even top-to-bottom warmth kept me cozy right down to a brisk 40°F night. I was honestly shocked how small it packs down in my bag. No cold spots, no fuss—just a solid night’s sleep.

I’ve taken this out on a few chilly nights and the even top-to-bottom warmth is real—no cold spots at my feet, which is usually my problem with sleeping bags. The 7d shell is so light I keep checking to make sure it’s actually in my pack, but it’s held up fine so far.

Joseph G. ★★★★★

The 7d micro ripstop shell feels paper-thin in my hands, yet it held up fine against brush on the trail last weekend. I slept warm down to the mid-40s with just a base layer, and the even top-to-bottom coverage meant no cold spots at my feet.
